Every transformation we have witnessed began the same way: something had to end before something new could begin.
We call this dying fully so we can live again. It is not a metaphor for giving up — it is a discipline of completion. The identities, the stories, the versions of ourselves that once kept us safe often become the very thing that keeps us small.
In our Healing Histories work, we sit with leaders and ask the questions most rooms avoid. What are you still carrying? Who would you be without the story you tell about yourself? What are you unwilling to feel, and what is that unwillingness costing you?
The answers are rarely comfortable. But comfort was never the point. Clarity, awareness, alignment and presence are — and each of them begins on the other side of an honest ending.
